He holds a MA Public Policy and Management from the institute of Social Studies (ISS), Netherlands (2005-2006). He was also noted as senior researcher at Jawa Pos Institute of Pro Autonomy (JPIP). His also research covers the areas of governance, public policy reform and monitoring the implementation of regional autonomy. Participated in various conferences and training them on Managing Diversity in Budapest- Hungary, 2006. Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) in Washington, DC, 2008. The publications included: Introduction to Political Science (along Deden Fathurrahman), UMM Press, 2002, Innovation as Reference: Three Years of Local Autonomy and Autonomy Award, JPIP, 2004, Henry Sobari, (et al). He finished his primary and secondary education at boarding school Tambakberas Bahr Ulum Jombang in 1992-1999. Strata obtained from the School of Political Science Political Science Prodi Airlangga University, graduating in 2003. Education S2 taken in 2005-2007 at the same alma mater. S1 research theme is Women’s Political Representation and S2 tentan Regional Financial Research. Active association since teenager, had served the Governing council recorded misn Tambakberas Jombang, Penurus OSIS MMA Tambakberas Jombang (1997-1998), Sekuetis Lamongan Pupils Association (HISBU-HISLA, 1997-1998), Chairman of Pesantren Putri An. Najiyah BU (1997-1999). During college is also actively organizing intra and extra college campuses. Recorded ever popular election of the student members of the Legislature of the Student Social and Political Science University of Airlangga (2000/2001) and NGOs active in Abhaya Samitra KPPD Surabaya as Volunteer and Community Organizer. In addition it is also active in community organizations Fatayat NU, never recorded in the leadership ranks of NU East Java region Fatayat 2003-2008 period. Completing S2 on the program of Social Sciences (IIS) at the University of Airlangga, Surabaya (2007), concentrating on the study of politics, with the thesis “Local Conflict and Election Institutionalization: A Case Study of Failure Sampang the General Election of 2006 “. S1 resolved at Jember University of Social and Political Science, International Relations program (1994), with the thesis “The Significance of the GATT (Uruguay Round) for Indonesia”. Prior to joining UB Prodi of Political, “Mr. WK” (a nickname given student in Political Science) is known as the chairman / KPU member, Probolinggo City (2003-2009), Chairman of the Board of Education City of Probolinggo (2005-2011), Chairman of the Board of the Forum Education throughout East Java Regional Horse hooves (2005-2011) and was active in several NGOs, among others, partnered with UNICEF and UNDP / UNCHS for good governance. Reaching master Political Science from GMU in 1993 and earned a doctorate in Law from the University of Diponegoro in 2008 In addition to teaching in Political Science, also a graduate lecturer at the Islamic University Darul Ulum Jombang, University Zainul Hasan of Darul Uloom University Probolinggo and Bondowoso. [spoiler show=” Faza Dhora Nailufar”] Alumnus of Political Science, University of Airlangga joined the department of Political Science of the UB in 2012. During college S1, he was active in various organizations and riset.Tercatat he never was elected Chairman of the Association of Women Students Nadlatul Ulama (IPPNU), Chairman of the Youth, Treasurer Student Executive Board (BEM) and the Secretary of the Faculty of Social Airlangga Indonesian Islamic Students Movement (PMII), Airlangga University Faculty of Social Rayon. In the field of research, he was also active as a researcher at the institute PUSDEHAM (2004-2008). Activeness in PUSDEHAM making has conducted research on Choosing Behavior in all districts in East Java and some major cities in Indonesia and was involved in the study of the quick count in some areas. Once out of PUSDEHAM, he is still active as a freelance researcher in several research institutions in the field of public policy, military and good governance. juwitaBorn in Surabaya on July 7, 1985, joined the Political Science Program in 2012. UB completed undergraduate education in Political Science, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Airlangga University in 2007, and holds a Masters in Political Science at the university same in 2011. Before becoming a professor of political science, has been actively engaged in community empowerment, active writing opinion in the mass media and has published two books written together with the team, among them the 3600 Realizing Dreams – Leadership Pattern area in Probolinggo, East Java Tourism Exotic and Exotic Batik East Java books. Currently, actively involved in mentoring programs recess for members of the House of Representatives, as well as the preparation of the book “Constituency Outreach” together with the Partnership for Governance Reform Governance and Representation Program (USAID). Specifically, into a field of expertise is women’s studies and politics.

Mr. Habibi is a lecturer of Political Sciences program UB since 2013. Mr. lecturer who was born in Probolinggo, September 5, 1984, began his career as a lecturer after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Jember majoring in International Relations and Political Science graduate program at Jamia Millia Islamia University , New Delhi India. Before becoming a professor, he worked at PT Korean Travel in Bali in 2008 and then in 2011-2013 became the political staff at the Embassy of India. Today, in addition to being a lecturer at UB. As a lecturer, he is also required to conduct research. Here are some of the results of his research:
